Why is there no 30-day email for someone 28 days out?

Sends happen on the day remaining term equals 30 (or 90, 60, 7, 1). If the daily job did not run that calendar day, that interval is missed for the cycle.

History search found nothing

If test mode was on, search the test inbox instead.

Subscriptions look stale

The cache updates about every four hours. Start a manual import from Settings → Stripe after adding a key.

No mail is going out

Check: key verified, sender verified, interval enabled, not paused/unsubscribed, test email set if test mode is on, and the daily job is scheduled.
