Reminders

You choose which days before renewal get an email. RenewPulse sends only on an exact match. A subscription that is 28 days out will not get the 30-day email.

In Settings → Reminders enable any mix of 90, 60, 30, 7, and 1 day. New accounts have 30 days on. You can watch annual subscriptions, monthly, or both.

A send happens when days until renewal equals an enabled interval, that interval has not already been sent this cycle, the customer is not paused or unsubscribed, and your From address is verified.
